The personalised bottle of The Famous Grouse Finest with red nosed Grouse
The Famous Grouse, Scotland’s favourite whisky, is putting up for auction a bottle signed by Dame Judi Dench in aid of this year’s Comic Relief.
The unique bottle - personalised to read ‘The Famous Grouse BAFTA’s 2007 - was signed by the sixth-time BAFTA award winning actress at this year’s awards party in London.
Going “live†on eBay today, and running until Red Nose Day this Friday, the bottle is set to raise cash for vulnerable people in the UK and Africa.
A second bottle of whisky was also signed by a range of stars all willing to show their support for this year’s Red Nose Day campaign. They included Andy Serkis (Gollum from Lord of the Rings), Dominic Cooper (Dakin from The History Boys), Deep Roy (The Oompaloompa from Charlie and The Chocolate Factory), Meredith Ostrum (Nico from the Factory Girl) and Ruby Wax.
