graham-coull.jpgGlen Moray Distillery Manager, Graham Coull, has selected the whisky for his next Manager’s Choice bottling. This will be launched on Thursday 3rd May at the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival.

This limited edition is the second and final release of a unique selection of toasted and charred mountain oak casks from North America.

The highly acclaimed First Release of Glen Moray Mountain Oak Malt was bottled in 2003. In 2007, with over three years of further maturation in Warehouse One, the remaining toasted and charred casks filled in 1991 have been bottled as Mountain Oak Malt The Final Release, creating a sublime, spicy, warming and richly sweet Glen Moray single malt.

There are 1158 numbered bottles, signed by Graham Coull. Call Glen Moray’s Visitor Centre (01343 550900) to reserve a bottle, priced £70 (plus postage and packing).
