While surfing around for some whisky stuff I landed on the IslayBlog.com who had just posted a yummy recipe on Islay Single Malt Whisky Chocolate Chip Shortbread

The IslayBlog is a blog about the Isle of Islay run by Armin Grewe, a regular visitor to the Island. The blog is about anything Islay related, so it’s more to it than whisky. But if you’re an Islay fan, it’s well worth a read.

Islay Single Malt Whisky Chocolate Chip Shortbread

Yesterday Armin posted an interesting recipe on Chocolate Chip Shortbread. Being an Islay fan as he is there is of course some Islay whisky in it. In his case he poured some Laproaigh in to it.

So, head on over to the IslayBlog.com and get ready for some serious whisky cooking.
