A couple of days ago we posted some of Mike Reyniers - Bruichladdich, thoughts on the new legislation to better protect Scotch Whisky that SWA has been helping develop.
Mike Dereszynski - writer on Scotch Blog made a short comment that is worth reading.
Today I found another blog called IPKat where there obviously has been some discussions too since Glen Barclay, Director of Legal Affairs at the Scotch Whisky Association wrote this guys and gave them a “helpful” explanation of the new legislation.
Head over to IPKat and read it, and please come back here and continue commenting the earlier post.
